1) Drink Water, Every Day! (the amount depends upon you....“It depends on your size and weight, and also on your activity level and where you live,” Nessler says. “In general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.” For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day.
2) Remember to eat your fruits and vegetables
3) Get good sleep (rest)
4) Exercise on a regular basis (3 times a week or more)
5) Reduce your stress
6) Use a good SunScreen
7) Practice face exercises 3 times per week
8) Get regular facials (monthly is great, or at a minimum, once per season)
9) Use a daily skin care regimen that is right for you
